Tomato 12 fruits
(Mexican Tomato (tomatillos))
Onion 1/2 bulb
Garlic 1 root
Cilantro 20 gr
Olive oil 3 tablespoons
The seeds are 1 teaspoon
Crushed oregano leaves 1 teaspoon
(Oregano Dominucan powder)
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Open the oven at 177 degrees Celsius. Rinse Mexican tomatoes, keep the outer shell intact, and drain. Wash cilantro, cut into pieces. Peel onion, slice. Peel garlic. Add tomatoes to a large bowl, add garlic, 1/2 of cilantro, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1 tablespoon of Dominican oregano, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients together.
Pour tomatoes into a baking tray, spread out evenly and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes until it is soft and ripe.
Put it all in a blender with lemon juice and 1/2 part of the remaining coriander. Turn on the blender and blend in a pure mixture, so we have a green and green tomato sauce, which is good for use.
