Ingredients for 2 Servings
Chicken 2 eggs
Tomato 1 left
Onion 1/2 bulb
1/4 left bell pepper
Unsweetened fresh milk 45 ml
Butter 1 tablespoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Onions, tomatoes and green bell peppers are diced, set aside.
Beat the egg in a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of fresh milk without sugar. Then use the whisk, beat the mixture evenly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Melt butter in a saucepan at low temperature (to simmer). When the hot pan causes the butter to melt, add the tomato, chili and onion mixture. Stir until tomato, chili and onion are cooked (done within 2-3 minutes).
Add egg mixture and stir until the egg has just cooked according to your family preference. To add flavor, you can sprinkle some shredded cheese and herbs.
